The Service provides homeowners with educational information about HVAC systems, including needs assessment guidance, terminology explanations, contractor bid review, and post-installation checklists, based on 30+ years of field experience.

The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Ask Woody HVAC is not a licensed HVAC contractor, engineer, or home inspector. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional contractor advice, and we are not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided through the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information updated.

4. Payment and Access

Access to the full Ask Woody HVAC guidance modules requires a one-time payment. All prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your payment method.

Refund Policy: Due to the immediate digital nature of the Service, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Service, contact us at support@askwoodyhvac.ai within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

5. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service or its content
Share your account access with others

We collect limited information to operate and improve the Service. Account and authentication data are handled through Google Firebase, and payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store full payment-card details.

Analytics & cookies. We use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and how features are used — so we can improve it. These services set cookies and collect aggregated usage data, including anonymized session interactions; Microsoft Clarity masks text and form inputs by default. We do not sell your personal information, and you can control or block cookies through your browser settings.
